Fun Comp is seeking an investment of $40,000 for 16% to 20% Equity in the company
$24,000 will be allocated for 12 months of App Maintenance.
$14,000 will be allocated for 9 month of marketing. ($2,750 Commercial Production cost & $1,250 per month for Social Media Advertising & YouTube Advertising)
$2,000 will be cash reserves.
Investments can be made in $5,000 or $8,000 or $10,000 Monthly Installments and a portion of equity will be awarded as followed.

Hosts: The individuals that host the games and market to their personal social media followers.
Players / Contestants: The individuals competing for a chance to win.
Our goal is to initially market via Social Media and YouTube each month with hope of hitting a 1% conversion rate each month.
The mobile application reach can go well into the hundreds of millions to even billions depending on the Marketing Reach, User Reception, User Retention and User Sharing.
